Abstract:
Stability and controllability in flight, the accuracy of a trajectory, the fuel consumption, the injection of the big masses into orbit with smaller expenses and an other major operational characteristics of space-rocket engineering in many respects depend on the degree of the conformity of the actual and calculated values characterizing the distribution of their masses. The mass and positions of centre of gravity are determined by special test benches. The certification of the test benches is executed with the use of large-sized weight standards. There are engineering and technological problems in making such standards. To eliminate the problems, it is necessary to solve a triunit task which consists in ensuring the necessary rigidity of design, as well as in manufacturability and effectivity of overall-weight standard production.
