Abstract: 
Based on observational data obtained using the RT-22 radio telescope of the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory, as well as the Yohkoh, SOHO and TRACE orbital space stations, the Bastille solar flare was analyzed. From a comparison of flash images in the ultraviolet and hard X-ray ranges, it was found that the sign of the circular polarization of microwave radiation changed due to the shift of the source of accelerated electrons from the western part of the active region to the east. The observed delays between the peaks of the temporal profiles of hard X-ray and microwave radiation are discussed in the framework of the model of a coronal mirror cell with developed electromagnetic turbulence.
