Abstract:
In space, sensors with a much smaller measurement area than the flow surface of the measured current are used to measure spatial currents. The article proposed a method for measuring the total current flowing through a fairly surface, limited by the size of the satellite sliding structures. The method is based on the use of single-component sensors located in a certain way in space. In this case, in proportion to the size of the measurement surface, the sensitivity increases, and depending on the type of sensors used, the required working frequency range can be realized. The measurement technique is considered and the sensitivity of the proposed device is estimated.
