Abstract: 
The main constructive principles the system development of the coordinate-time maintenance for wide circle of users and arised problems to construct and develop the metrological control system of the radio-navigation fields are considered. The main tasks of metrological certification are solved using three levels: of the control equipment of navigation field, of the local check server and the base complex of regional check servers. The reasons allowed to use the metrological subdivisionsin of the Ukrainian Armed Forces based on the system of metrological control of radio-navigation fields.
