Explants of the sterile propagated plants of potato (Solatium tuberosum L.) cv. «Svitanok Kyivskyi» and «Lugovskyi» were cultivated on agar medium during 62 days in codition of the control and clinorotation. Minitubers were formed in both variants. Quantity of minitubers did not differ essentially. Nevertheless in anatomical and morphological attributes of epidermal cells and cells of storage parenhyma the essential differences are revealed.
