Abstract: The routine of determination of threshold modulation of digital aerospace images is presented. The routine is developed as statistical model of image segments separation. A correlation between the geometrical dimension of a segment and the corresponding spatial frequency makes possible the construction of the threshold modulation function of a digital image.
