Abstract:
A method for observations of low Earth orbit objects with a TV CCD camera is suggested. The method can be used for telescope observations without object tracking and is based on the frame accumulation with shift. Such frame accumulation allows one to increase the signal/noise ratio for the objects moving fast in the field of view. The frame processing, software, used hardware and observation results are described.
Keywords: frame accumulation with shift, low Earth orbit objects, signal/noise ratio
