Preparation for optical communication experiments with the geostationary satellite ARTEMIS

Abstract: 
We considered necessary conditions and carried out corresponding calculations for performing laser commumication link experiments with the geostationary satellite ARTEMIS (ESA). We propose a scheme for performing experiments of this kind by using two telescopes. The results of observations of the satellite are presented.
