Abstract:
We give our results of numerical investigation of energy parameters for the heat reception system of a space solar power plant with the concentrator. A considerable influence of the mirror surface aberrations on the heat exchange in the system parabolic concentrator–heat receiver is revealed. The most rational aperture angle of the mirror is determined. It is shown that the heat receiver aperture can not be deflected from the concentrator focal plane without losses of heat power of the system.
Keywords: concentrator, heat receiver aperture, mirror aperture angle
