Abstract: 
The trizonal designs with honeycomb filler are widely applied now in the aircraft and spacecraft manufacturing. The opportunities of the account at the designing such designs of the technological errors of their manufacturing are investigated. The method of tolerances optimization on the manufacturing of trizonal panel honeycomb filler with ensuring of the given design carrying ability is offered. The calculations results of the optimum tolerances for combined loading by compression and shift are submitted.
