Abstract: 
We analyse the resilient interaction between the components of a mechanical system, consisting of two circular cylinders which are connected mechanically and separated by a liquid. An expression is derived for the motion of the inner mobile cylinder under the pressure wave influence for some of mechanical links between the cylinders.
