Abstract: We present the results of observations of dynamic processes nearby the F2-layer maximum and in the topside ionosphere, which were caused by the partial (about 0.42) solar eclipse on 1 August 2008 near Kharkiv. It is shown that during the solar eclipse there was characteristic (from two to three hours) reconstruction of ionosphere and ionosphere-plasmasphere processes at first to nightly, and then to daily conditions. The plasma fluxes from plasmasphere to ionosphere and in return direction are estimated. The electron density decreased by 32 ± 3 % in the F2-layer. The results of this experiment agree with the results of our previous researches.
