Abstract: 
Authors analyze the changes occurred recently in the space sector of Ukraine in connection with the State course to deregulation of economic activities. In particular, there is critically estimated the abolition of licensing of space activities, 
because it directly contradicts the norms of international space law. It is also contrary to the world practice, including 
the European one, and does not meet the specific character of space activities.
