Abstract: 
We propose the methodology of constructing reference station networks for the GPS/GLONASS differential navigation and processing the measurements. Based on the geometrical approach, the optimum algorithms of processing the observations of reference station networks are developed, and recommendations for the creation of regional and local differential GPS/GLONASS subsystems are worked out.
