Abstract: 
We propose a method for synchronizing the signals modulated with the minimum shift. The method allows recognition and elimination of an error in choosing the reference oscillation phase in the reception of such signals. We describe some results of the synthesis and calculation of the performance of a device for the synchronization of these signals in space communication and control systems.
