Analysis of micro-macrostructure regularities in the cyclic recurrepence of the solar activity

Abstract: 
We analyze the current status research on the thin structure of heliophysical cyclic time series. Methodological difficulties in picking out and corroboration of the reality of an annual component in the monthly fluctuations of Wolf numbers are noted. Relations between the parameters are studied. The results of processing of the average monthly Wolf numbers, which form the basis for the quantitative interpretation and generalization of the Schwabe − Wolf law, are presented. Arguments which corroborate the relationship between the microstructure and macrostructure of the time serves of solar activity indices are given.
