Значення параметрів клітинного циклу для розробки технологій космічного рослинництва

Анотація: 
Майбутні довготривалі пілотовані експедиції потребують величезної кількості метаболічних ресурсів — води, їжі, кисню, для виробництва яких необхідні спеціальні умови і масивне обладнання, занадто важке для сучасних КА. Крім того, такі системи життєзабезпечення не можуть функціонувати без високого рівня кругообігу. Тому рослини розглядаються як необхідне джерело їжі та кисню у біорегенеративних системах життєдіяльності довготривалих космічних місій. Вивчення принципів функціонування таких систем різного ступеня складності та розробка наукових основ їхнього створення — це головна мета космічного рослинництва. В роботі показано важливість вивчення параметрів росту, розмноження рослин і особливостей подій клітинного циклу в умовах клиностатування, а саме: мітотичної активності, експресії генів-регуляторів клітинного циклу (циклінів та циклінзалежних кіназ), транскрипційних факторів, які сприяють ініціації програми підвищення або зниження транскрипції генів. На все це необхідно зважати при добірці рослин, які легко засвоюються людиною, даних про склад грунту, приросту біомаси, при вивченні росту та диференціації клітин для отримання повноцінного насіння в умовах мікрогравітації.
