Аннотация: 
Разработан прототип замкнутой системы растение-микроорганизмы для демонстрации возможности выращивания первых растений в лунной оранжерее. Предварительный сценарий выращивания Tagetes patula L. в субстрате анортозита, который подобен лунной породе как по составу минералов, так и по химическому строению, предусматривает использование микробного сообщества. Микроорганизмы служили для предотвращения заселения субстрата с целью избежания инфекции вредных микроорганизмов, а также для добычи и доставки питательных элементов из анортозита к растениям. Модельный консорциум силикатной бактерии, бактерий-антагонистов и микоризных грибов обеспечивал удовлетворительное развитие и цветение Tagetes patula L. в наземных условиях под влиянием факторов, ограничивающих развитие растения.
