Аннотация: 
: Приведены результаты исследования двухфазной ионосферной бури 20–21 марта 2003 г., самую сильную отрицательную фазу, которую можно отнести к аномальной, поскольку она протекала на фоне умеренного возмущения геомагнитного поля (Ар = 29, Кр = 5). Особое внимание уделено диагностике процессов, сопровождавших смену фаз бури, которые произошли в период захода Солнца в течение 17: 00–18: 00 UT. Подробно рассмотрены механизмы формирования глубокого негативного ионосферного возмущения.
