Усиление деятельности остеокластов у крыс в условиях дефицита опорной нагрузки

Аннотация: 
Исследованы особенности резорбции в губчатом веществе бедренных костей крыс в условиях моделированной гипокинезии (модель "вывешивание", продолжительностью 3-4 недели), а также в космических опытах, проведенных на борту американской станции SLS-2 (продолжительность полета - 2 недели). Выявлено, что в условиях сниженной опорной нагрузки резорбция кости происходит за счет усиления активности остеокластов. Установлено появление "гигантских остеокластов" с повышенной функциональной активностью. В условиях невесомости количество "гигантских остеокластов" больше чем при моделированной гипокинезии. Для контрольных животных наличие подобных клеток нехарактерно.
