A procedure for the determination of ionosphere parameters on the basis of the GNSS network in the Western Ukraine

Abstract: 

We developed a system for monitoring the ionosphere which uses the GNSS network located in the western part of Ukraine. The system is based on determining the ionosphere parameters from GNSS observations performed at an individual station. Regularized restoration of spatial field of integral values of Vertical Total Electron Content (VTEC) in real time was carried out.
